Pre-orders are available during a set timeframe called an ordering period. Once this ordering period closes, all orders are sent to our manufacturer at the same time to begin production.Every pre-order item is made to order just for you. Your pieces are individually printed, cut, sewn, and packaged specifically for your order.
Made of Dreams is predominantly a preorder-based shop. Each piece is made especially for you once the preorder window closes.
This allows us to:
• Offer exclusive, limited designs
• Reduce excess inventory and waste
• Keep our collections intentional and special
Occasionally, we do have limited ready-to-ship extras — but they go fast.
Our Facebook group is always the first to know about ready-to-ship drops and surprise extras, so if you love early access, that’s the place to be 🤍
The estimated turnaround time for pre-order collections to complete production is 8–10 weeks. Depending on the volume of items being produced, this timeframe can occasionally be shortened, but we always recommend planning for the full window. Once production is complete, collections are shipped to us via priority international shipping, which typically takes 3–5 days for delivery to our studio.
After your items arrive to us, each order is carefully sorted, packed, and prepared for shipment. Please allow up to 2 additional weeks for your order to be processed and shipped once it is in our hands. For planning purposes, we recommend estimating your pre-order to arrive within 12 weeks from the time the ordering period closes.
We do not offer size exchanges.
Because each item is made specifically for each customer during the preorder round, we do not carry extra inventory to exchange sizes.
We strongly encourage reviewing our size charts carefully before placing your order. If you ever need help choosing a size, we’re happy to guide you before checkout!
Because our pre-order items are made to order and created specifically for each customer, pre-orders cannot be cancelled. No exceptions. If you have a question or concern about your order, please reach out to us at dreamwithus@madeofdreamsxo.com
and we will be happy to help. For ready-to-ship items, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase and before the order has shipped. Approved cancellations for ready-to-ship items are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
When your order is ready to be packed, tracking information is sent automatically. Shipping labels are printed in batches as orders are prepared for packaging.Once your label has been created, this means your item(s) are being pulled and prepared. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to begin showing movement.
Once your package has shipped and is in transit, it is in the care of the postal carrier. Made of Dreams is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If this occurs, you will need to contact your local post office to open a claim directly with them. Because our items are made to order, we are unable to send replacement items for orders that are lost or stolen in transit.
Lost package claims can be submitted directly through USPS.
Returns are accepted only for items with a defect.
If you believe your item has a defect, you must contact Made of Dreams within 48 hours of the package showing delivered.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A description of the concern
For approved defects, you may choose:
• A remake during the next preorder round (size changes allowed if needed), OR
• Store credit
All refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.

While we do our very best to prevent mix-ups, they can occasionally happen.
If you receive the incorrect item, please contact Made of Dreams within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• A photo of what you received
We will provide a return label for the incorrect item. Once tracking shows the return is in transit, we will issue the correct item (if available) or provide store credit.
Although we aim to accurately represent the final product through mockups, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor and device settings such as brightness, contrast, and saturation. Additionally, our items are all hand sewn and unique, therefore there may be variations in print scaling and placement.

as soon as possible to request an update. This must be done before you receive a shipping notification.
Once a shipping label has been created, we are unable to change the address for that order. Please note updating your address in your online account does not update the address for any pending orders. You must contact us directly to request an address change. If an order is returned or lost due to an old or incorrect address that was not updated with us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package to the correct address.
We will do our best to accommodate any request to make adjustments to orders (ie. sizing, quantity, style) however the approval of such request is not guaranteed. Request must be sent via email to dreamwithus@madeofdreamsxo.com
At this time, we do not offer wholesale.
We are so excited to offer limited custom order spots with each preorder round 🤍
To keep the process intentional and manageable, we accept a maximum of five (5) custom orders per round.
Custom order deposits are available directly on the website.
Once all deposits are sold out, that means all five custom spots have been filled for that round.

to begin the custom order process. From there, we’ll work together to bring your dreamy vision to life ✨
Because each custom piece is thoughtfully created just for you, spots are limited and fill quickly.

When reaching out about your order, please reference your order number found in the confirmation email you received after completing your purchase.
All Made of Dreams order numbers begin with “PO” (for preorder).
The first number that follows indicates which preorder round your order was placed under:
• PO1-XXXX → Preorder Round 1
• PO2-XXXX → Preorder Round 2
• PO3-XXXX → Preorder Round 3
…and so on.
This helps us quickly identify your preorder round and provide the most accurate update possible 🤍✨
